The first time we clean your home we do a “Deep Clean”, this is very important, because we clean your home from top to bottom. For the first time cleaning, you will be charged by the hourly rate of $60/hour (minimum of 3 hours). Once we have totally cleaned your home, we will give you a fixed rate for your regular cleaning.

After the deep clean, it is easier to maintain. We do a rotation each time we come in so that nothing will get out of control again. After the first initial cleaning, we will follow our cleaning routine list.

We can then determine how many hours will be required and how frequent.

You will then be assigned one of our highly trained friendly staff to become your regular cleaner.
