What does our End of Lease service include?

Included in our End of Lease cleaning service :

  • Cob webs removed from all interior walls
  • Dust and wipe all skirting boards and bench tops
  • Clean stove top, range hood, oven and grill
  • Clean cupboards inside and out
  • Clean bathrooms / laundry and toilets
  • Clean interior windows and windowsills
  • Spot clean all high contact areas
    • End-of-lease-clean

    ** Please note for both oven and carpets – major stains will incur additional charges. These would be discussed and agreed upon on arrival

    Optional cleaning at additional cost:

    • Tile and Grout Cleaning (Remove mould or soap scum from shower)
  • Upholstery cleaning/ Internal Curtains and Blinds

    • Note : For Move out cleans/ End of lease cleans we require a 25% deposit on booking.
